Sarah: Mom, why do boys pee standing up?
Me: Well, they have different parts than us so sometimes it's easier to stand up than to sit down for them.
Sarah: Why do they hold themselves when they pee?
Me: Hmm, when they stand up they need to aim their peepers so it gets in the toilet and not all over the bathroom.
(giggles from both girls)
Sarah: Well, I want to stand up and pee.
(giggles from me)
Me: You could try for sure, but it's really messy. We don't have the right parts for that!
Sarah: How do you know it's messy, Mom? Have you tried?!
Me: Yup, and it's messy.
Love her.
