possibilities

There comes a point in all of our lives where we are faced with a fork, maybe a multi-pronged fork even.  There's the comfortable route, the sort-of-unfamiliar-but-still-comfortable-and-recognizable-route, and the oh-my-gosh-there-is-no-route-just-a-few-signs-and-our-faith route.  Which road do we take?

Here is what I do know about the roads.  I know who I'll be on the roads with - my best friend/husband and my children.  I know who will guide us along the roads, Heavenly Father.  I know where the roads start - in our hearts and minds.  I know where to turn when the roads get scary - my Father in Heaven.

So what does that mean?  It means there will be a lot of praying going on.  It means that nothing changes immediately because we haven't reached any forks, we've only learned they might be coming up.  It means that Joel and I have some fantastic opportunities to grow and learn as husband and wife and as best friends.  It means that no matter what happens it's not where we end up but how we love an help each other along the way.

Well now you have us all amazingly curious about these potential "forks!" I hope the decision making goes well.
