progress

I've officially relinquished two of my work meetings each week.  It feels good.  It felt good to not worry about going in tonight.  It doesn't seem like much but the sense of relief is fantastic.  I also received an unexpected call from a sister at church and am feeling great hope for my options of getting healthy emotionally.  I also joined a local gym here in town for the free trial.  It will mean early mornings but it will be less expensive than traveling 25 miles and paying for child care at the other fancier gym.  Additionally, I'm working on a few other stress-relieving things in my life that may help with my anxiety.  Improvements.  Still having some no-good-very-bad-days but I am hoping as time goes on they will lessen in frequency and intensity.
