My Sweet Girls

I have to share this story of Allison before I forget it.

Yesterday, while I was chatting on the phone with my friend Squirrel, Alli was playing in Sarah's room with me and Sarah was watching Dora or Curious George or something on the couch. Allison reached for Sarah's little bear (we call him bear-bear) and started squealing - it was VERY cute. And then she started running (well fast waddling) to Sarah in the living room yelling, "JAH-JAH! JAH-JAH!" while holding the bear as high as she could in the air. Jah-Jah is what she calls Sarah. My little bitty is growing into a real kid. I hope I don't ever forget how sweet that moment was.

Isn't it an amazing thing watching them make those connections? "Hey, I recognize this bear, I know who it belongs to, she'll be happy if I give it to her!" It's a lot of processing! Very fun. And Sarah looks like she has visions of what that garden is going to look like when she's finished with it. She's a thoughtful kid.
