I am in currently immersed in a small inner battle - and if this is the worst decision or difficulty I experience today, boy am I lucky.
I feel compelled to write about this because I've actually googled it to see if I can find an alternate solution-no luck.
I found a fantastic recipe for chicken enchiladas for which I have all the required ingredients. It's cheap, it's easy, and it has excellent reviews. Unfortunately, I ran out of aluminum foil last week and haven't picked anymore up. The recipe calls for covering the dish for the duration of the 40 minute baking time.
One possible solution: The missionaries brough over a box of ding-dongs which are individually wrapped in aluminum foil...sooooo...if I can justify eating 9 ding-dongs before dinner I can get away with having a foil cover for my enchiladas and I'll be totally chocolate filled and content for close to the remainder of this week.
Ah, decisions...

Well you could put all the ding dongs into another bag so you can use the foil or can you use another pan to cover it with?
BTW that sounds so much better then the mac and cheese we are having for dinner.
Eat the ding-dongs Cousin Jenna!
