Algea Eater of the Year

I just want to say, our sucker fish died near Christmas and two days ago we decided to replace him. Our tank was getting covered in algae (I didn't know the other one was doing such a good job!) and I was hoping for a little housekeeping so I didn't have to scrub everything down. This morning I went into Sarah's room to find the tank sparkling clean. The sucker fish deserves an award. If fish liked high fives, he/she would get one from me! If I had the determination of a sucker fish then my dishes would never be left undone and my laundry wouldn't pile up. Of course, a sucker fish likes to eat the algae...and I don't like to eat laundry OR dirty dishes. So, maybe I'll just take some inspiration from the joy I get out of a clean fish tank and remember how good a clean kitchen and empty laundry bins feels.
