We did it. We got the fish tank up and running. Joel and I decided that Sarah would love having a few fish in her room to look at and we found an old fish tank at his dad's (or was it Emily's?) house. So we have re-furbished it and it now houses 3 as yet unnamed cherry barbs. It's so much fun to have the little guys around. It really perked up our morale around here! Sarah is really good at feeding them and loves to wake up the 'fooshies' by turning their light on. We'll be adding more fish as the tank gets more established. The general rule is no more than 3 fish per week. It's sort of a combined birthay and Christmas present for Sarah and we'd like to thank our family and friends who have donated money and gift cards to help finance the 'investment'. It's been really fun so far!
On a more serious note, Gramma Vi passed away on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning at 2:45am. Mom and Dad were able to be at her bedside for her last hours and her last breath. She was an amazing woman who led a full life. We're grateful she's at rest now.

I am sooooo happy about the fish tank. I can't wait to see it Saturday! I hope I can tear Chris away from it.
Also, again I am very sorry about your Grandma. I know she is in such a better place now. We will continue to pray for your family. Love you guys!
