The Ultrasound
Today is my sister's birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAIMEE! And it just so happens that today was also the day for our first and hopefully only ultrasound for baby #2. We requested not to be informed of the baby's sex but I have my hopes and intuitions. I didn't notice anything exciting, but I was wishfully thinking I would. Dad scanned the images for me when we went to go pick Sarah up from Nana and Papa's house so I am posting them for all to enjoy! :) So far everything looks good. My dates are right on target - I am 16 weeks and 6 days today. So I think that means I'm due May 20. The little one at one point flipped completely around when she was looking at him. I mean she was looking at his feet and then all of a sudden there was his head! She giggled and said the baby was very active and jumpy! Welcome to life with my husband and Sarah! :) I'm only calling it a boy because that's what I've been doing the whole pregnancy. It's gonna be pretty funny if I've been calling my sweet little girl 'he' and 'him' the whole time! Alright - onto the good stuff! Pictures!

Yay - OK, it's starting to feel real for me too now that there are pictures! Because I'm a very important part of this you know. I'm excited to see you Saturday... and eat as always :)

My feeling is that "it" is a boy as well. All the Chinese Birth Calendars say it should be a boy... if you believe in that stuff. It was right for us!
